I love food.

From age 4 to 18 I wanted to attend the Culinary Institute of America and become a pastry chef. Life took a different turn when I was applying to colleges and, long story short, I ended up in a different industry professionally. However cooking, baking, and eating still remain a passion of mine. I identify very much as a home-baker and home-cook. I have never been formally trained, focusing mainly on recipes that are accessible and easy to make for all.
